We offer a 120-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after the 30-day break-in period, you can return it for a full refund.

How is the mattress shipped to my home?
Your mattress is compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact box. Once it arrives, simply move it to your bedroom, unbox it, and it will expand to its full shape within a few hours.
Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?
Bear Mattresses work on any firm, flat surface. This includes adjustable bases, platform beds, slatted frames (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), or a traditional box spring.
